From the outside, you’ve got it together. You’re warm and bubbly, well kept, and apologetic to a fault. It’s rare if someone doesn’t like you. Your default is to independently tackle most things and it’s rare you ask for help from others. You push through.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping women like you—high-functioning, caring, and ambitious—navigate the challenges that come with giving so much to everyone else. I know what it’s like to have everyone depend on you while you quietly carry the weight of anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout.

You show up for everyone, and I’m here to help you show up for yourself. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), designed to help you find relief, balance, and deeper connection in your life.
