Stop Running On Empty. Start Living Intentionally.

You’ve spent years powering through and putting others first, but it’s left you feeling drained and stuck. Therapy can help you break free from burnout, reclaim your energy, and create a life that aligns with what truly matters to you.

I offer online psychotherapy for women in all of California and Nevada to build meaningful and value-driven lives.

is this you?

Years of running on autopilot, masking, and pretending to have it all together - but inside you’re trapped, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. You’re living a life that doesn’t fully reflect who you are or what you want at your core.

You have a hard time saying no and end up feeling drained when you can’t keep up with everyone’s needs. You’re deeply committed, endlessly responsible…and quietly hard on yourself in ways no one else sees. You’ve learned to put others first, even when it costs you your energy, peace, or sense of self. And despite being smart, hardworking, and eager to fix things, life still feels heavy.

You might feel:

  • Rushed and pulled in too many directions, with nothing left for yourself.

  • Burdened with invisible guilt and pressure that no one else sees.

  • Exhausted because no matter how much you do, it’s never quite enough.

  • Irritable from the weight of too many yeses—and the simmering resentment that follows.

You want a life that makes you feel as powerful on the inside as your friends think you look on the outside. Maybe perfectionism has taken the wheel lately, and burnout is creeping closer everyday. Your thoughts are louder than ever -spinning, second-guessing, running the show. You might know exactly what I mean when I describe the thrill of being the one who gets it all done, and also the crushing weight of always being that person.

You're seeking more out of your life - more peace, fun, play, fulfillment, meaning. You want more connection in relationship - where your needs matter too. You want more trust in yourself - to feel grounded again, not spinning or spread thin. You want to engage in your career and interests in a way that fills you up and relate to others with ease.

Hey, I’m Nicole

I take a compassionate, science based, real-talk approach to therapy—giving you the tools to cut through the noise, drop the perfectionism, and create real change.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Pasadena, CA, I work with high-achieving women across California and Nevada, including San Ramon, Summerlin, and the Lake Tahoe area. I’ve had the privilege of helping women like you—high-functioning, caring, and ambitious—navigate the challenges that come with giving so much to everyone else. I know what it’s like to have everyone depend on you while you quietly carry the weight of anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout.

You show up for everyone, and I’m here to help you show up for yourself. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), designed to help you find relief, balance, and deeper connection in your life.

If you’re craving more peace, fulfillment, and ease in your relationships—both with others and with yourself—I’m here to guide you on that journey. You deserve a life where your needs matter too.
